General Information

Is medical care available at the Festival?

Yes, during the festival medical services are provided by the Ambulance Service and the festival’s on-site doctor.

You can find the location of the medical station on the festival map. If you experience any health issue within the festival area, notify the nearest security guard, who will call the paramedics for you.

Are there family programs at the Festival?

Yes, we offer dedicated programs for all age groups. These are listed separately in the program booklet, and on our online platforms you can filter specifically for family and children's programs.

How accessible is the festival?

All festival venues are accessible by wheelchair, and accessible restrooms are also available for people with reduced mobility.

Is there childcare available?

There is no formal childcare service, but most venues have designated children’s activity areas.

What does it mean that the festival is dog-friendly?

The Valley has always been dog-friendly. We welcome four-legged guests and provide water stations for them.

Dogs are welcome on outdoor program sites when kept on a leash, and throughout the entire festival area. However, certain indoor theatre or dance performances may not allow dogs upon the performers’ request due to sound and lighting effects.

It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure their pet does not get lost, does not disturb the programs, and also has an enjoyable experience.
