Here’s your chance to experience the magic of the Valley of Arts from the inside! If you are over 18, love a lively atmosphere, enjoy arts and great company, and don’t shy away from hard work, it’s time to apply as a volunteer and become a Valley Elf!
What You Need to Know Before Applying
Volunteering covers the entire festival period, from July 18 to 27, 2025. Arrival is required on July 16 for training. Please apply only if you can commit to the full period.
New this year: Valley Elves will have their own base in the festival campsite, equipped with container showers, toilets, and power sources. Participation requires a HUF 20,000 deposit, which will be refunded after completing your commitment.
Volunteers must arrive in Kapolcs by 7:00 PM on July 16, 2025. You will receive your wristband that day, and starting the next day, daily hot meals will be provided.
Volunteer Tasks May Include:
- Ticket checking
- Venue monitoring (e.g., exhibitions)
- Parking and traffic control
- Logistics and road support
- Running information points and sales
- Cleaning
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Fully completed application form
- No previous dismissal from volunteer work
- Clean criminal record
What We Offer:
- 10-day festival pass
- Accommodation for 2–4 people in the equipped campsite

- Extra rewards: Outstanding volunteers will receive special gifts—for example, catching a visitor with a fake wristband, leading an exhibition successfully, or managing traffic professionally. So give it your all!
