Művészeti eszközökkel, a színekkel, mozdulatokkal átadjuk magunkat a szabad önkifejezésnek. Az elején lenne egy vezetett része, utána pedig mindenki szabadon elmerülhet az alkotásban. Konkrét hitéleti témának a teremtést gondoltam. A teremtett világ, benne én... hogyan látom magam... hogyan kapcsolódok én a világhoz és a Teremtőhöz ... ilyesmi. A végén megosztás, az elkészült művekre reflektálás. Using artistic tools, colors, and movements, we surrender to free self-expression. At the beginning there is a guided part, after which everyone can freely immerse themselves in the creative process. The specific spiritual theme is creation: the created world, within it myself… how I see myself… how I connect to the world and the Creator… and similar reflections.
